Le Frasier … but with mangoes

“Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.” Wayne Dyer July has been a LONG tiring month, with most of the family getting hit by viral fever. I do love this season. The colours, the flavours, the charm of stone fruit … always like a dream. The crumble was addictive and difficult to keep away from. Sweetly tart and full of soul … if you know what I mean. Add to it a nutty walnut streusel topping, crisp and delicious and you know this was meant to be.

Cherry & Peach Oat Crumb Bars … stoned to comfort!

Dessert| Bittersweet Chocolate Marquise with Crème Chantilly & Balsamic Cherry Sauce … when God created mothers!

Delicious Strawberry Apple Crumble … a very easy heart friendly dessert!

One of my favourite fruit bakes … A heart friendly dessert with complex carbs, delicious fruit and low calories. Use fruit of the season, stone and pip fruit work great here, throw in a handful of chopped dry fruit, almonds, pistachios, walnuts etc, then throw in some tart cherries, craisins, raisins if you like, add some fresh herbs like thyme for a nice Spring feel … and bake until the juices begin to enticingly ooze out. ENJOY!!
