Publication Day is here and gone, and it was a moment of joy, relief, nervousness – pretty much all mixed up emotions!

Petite Eggless Triple Chocolate Orange Cakes … and a virtual walk through Old Delhi. These little cakes are as delightful and flavourful as can be. Deep, moist, chocolaty and quite pretty, they also brought alive memories of Old Delhi.
Eggless Wholegrain Almond Jaggery Oat Cookies are a variation on the ever popular Anzacs. These are wholegrain cookies, and the sugar has been replaced with jaggery! Just another delicious twist to my endless experiments!
This Persian Roasted Eggplant & Walnut Dip has a lot to offer. The twice used garlic, the walnuts, then the creaminess from Greek yogurt make it endearing. The caramelised sweet onions and garlic add more depth to the flavour. Play around with ingredients to suit your palette. That’s the beauty of dips.
