Ingredients
  

  • 500 g coconut milk
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tsp agar agar powder
  • 45 g dried cranberries chopped

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a pan.
  • Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is steaming.
  • Pour into 6 cup mold and leave to set overnight.
