Cranberry Christmas Coconut Milk Flan

- 500 g coconut milk
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tsp agar agar powder
- 45 g dried cranberries chopped
Whisk all the ingredients in a pan.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is steaming.
Pour into 6 cup mold and leave to set overnight.
