1 2A Piping nozzle
2 Borosilicate glasses, 230ml
Ingredients

whipping cream
chilled
2-3
tbsp
icing sugar
{to taste}

fresh mango puree
strained
Instructions
Whip the cream with the icing sugar to medium firm peaks.
Gently fold in the mango puree. Adjust sweetness if required.
Transfer the mousse to a piping bag fitted with a
2A piping nozzle
and pipe into
serving glasses
.
