Eggless Mango Mousse

Equipment

  • 1 Electric hand beater
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spatula / Tablespoon
  • 1 Piping bag
  • 1 2A Piping nozzle
  • 2 Borosilicate glasses, 230ml

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g whipping cream chilled
  • 2-3 tbsp icing sugar {to taste}
  • 250 g fresh mango puree strained

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream with the icing sugar to medium firm peaks.
  • Gently fold in the mango puree. Adjust sweetness if required.
  • Transfer the mousse to a piping bag fitted with a 2A piping nozzle and pipe into serving glasses.

Notes

These are the square borosilicate glasses I used. They are 230ml each.
