Hello, I’m Deeba Rajpal @PASSIONATE ABOUT BAKING… that’s just what I am!! I’ve been baking at home for a hobby for over 15 years, and I enjoy it more and more each passing day. I began baking with eggs and have now moved on to primarily creating eggless or egg free desserts, and my journey has been all sorts of self motivating.

For me, baking is challenging, inspirational, creative and therapeutic. I am inspired by seasons and the colours that nature offers. My blog has photographs and recipes of my adventures in the kitchen, and a little bit about my other interests – food styling, nature, art, photography, props, travel.

My current passion is making as well as developing recipes that use fruit, mainly in eggless or egg free desserts, with ingredients that are locally available. Seasons, produce, edible flowers, local ingredients, colours, people, cultures are all sources of inspiration.

Food styling and collecting props is the other obsession and that too I am sure you can instantly tell! I’ve been collecting pros and vintage bric-a-brac for over a decade now, my overstuffed cupboards bearing testimony to that.

Food styling is something I absolutely adore. I use a Sony Alpha A7 Mark IV and shoot stills in natural light only. I love the way natural light makes food come alive!

first of all i have to apologies to you for not following proper blogging etiquette as i’ve posted one of your recipes, chocolate mousse cake with strawberries, but didnt get your permission first. although i had provided a direct link to your post. i m really really sorry for my blunder. i m fairly new to blogging (as you can deduce from my blog as it really is very basic) but m trying to learn.
secondly, i m thinking of trying out the cheese recipes you have posted and would really like to post them on my blog, by your permission, of course.
thanx once again for beautiful recipes and gorgeous snaps.
