The flavours were outstanding. Sweet caramelised onions, tart sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, sea salt, the kick of vinegar...and of course garlic! Crisp out of then oven, but pretty darned good cold too.

Dark Chocolate Caramel Oat & Almond Shortbread
This is the season of holiday baking, and only good can come out of the seasons inspiration. Oats + Almonds + Flour + Butter + Brown Sugar = Crisp delicious shortbread.
