This happens to me every November, when coffee is my favourite ingredient in my month of the ‘Scorpio’! In my words, there are very few things that I would attach an ‘automatic-droolamatic‘ quotient to. It was loved by everyone; am waiting to see strawberries back this season to make it again. The gateau has this lovely fresh flavour, and the vibrant look enhances the great taste!! Gift a basket on Diwali, Christmas, Birthdays etc
Thankfully the Indian summer and humid weather are on the way out. Its the time of the year when the festive season beckons…with Diwali and Christmas just round the corner and winter approaching, it’s fun to bake again. I sometimes do gift baskets for festivals like Diwali, and customise them too.
