Getting away from baking, am posting pictures of the pasta I made yesterday.
This is a penne in a cream mushroom sauce with pan-grilled chicken thrown in; stir fried veggies; tomato + pear + basil salad; and garlic bread. We enjoyed it tremendously, and I make this from a recipe I have conjured up. The kids love it, and now eat the veggies happily too.Will post the recipe soon….am between one kid taking exams, and the younger fellow juggling ‘Ratatouille’ with guitar practice!! As I always say….I shall overcome!
