I usually try and make a different home-made sweet on Diwali because we get quite tired of the ‘mithais’ that do the rounds. Gift a basket on Diwali, Christmas, Birthdays etc
Thankfully the Indian summer and humid weather are on the way out. Its the time of the year when the festive season beckons…with Diwali and Christmas just round the corner and winter approaching, it’s fun to bake again. I sometimes do gift baskets for festivals like Diwali, and customise them too.
