From eggless cakes, eggless layer cakes, eggless baked cheesecakes and loads in between, I have come to look at baking with new eyes. As the pandemic took over the world, requests for eggless recipes grew and that was a definite sign for me. Now my desserts are totally egg free, look quite pretty {IMHO} and are vegetarian as well.
