These ones above are our current favourite…crisp, chocolaty & nutty too, with just the right hint of mocha. I scribbled the recipe down from the back of a box or chocolate chips packet ages ago. The chip cookies I’ve posted earlier were sans cocoa. These ones are more indulgent; quite a treat & disappear very fast…so watch out. Like most cookie recipes, this one is versatile too.
