GF Peach Cherry Quinoa Crumbles … how my quinoa crumbled!
GF Peach Cherry Quinoa Crumbles.... that's how my quinoa crumbled and we loved it! With peaches and cherries falling off carts this year, and my quinoa obsession, the options are unlimited! Honestly, this was my best crumble to date! Gluten free, wholegrain and addictive good! Also a great way to use whole foods, something that fits in with my current obsession #makehalfyourgrainswhole

Sweet Potato Pound Cake with salted butter caramel sauce
Sweet Potato Pound Cake with salted butter caramel sauce. A whole food cake - sweet potato puree + brown sugar + whole wheat flour + homemade sweet butter. The cake turned out unexpectedly delicious. Moist, full of flavour and even better the next day. Even good cold out of the fridge. An earthy rustic treat!

No Bake | Dark Chocolate Nutella Kumquat Pudding … indulgent, addictive and gluten free. Eggless too!
Dark Chocolate Nutella Kumquat Pudding turned out bowl scraping good. It was just an experiment to use oats as a thickener instead of cornflour. The result was deeply, soul satisfying, smooth and beautiful texture; quite delightful for an eggless chocolate pudding. Using oats meant that it ended up being gluten free too! Whole kumquats in there added delightful citrus undertones!
