Wine marinated chicken taco bites turned out to be such fun little bites, and a great snack to serve, with wine perhaps? Though not traditionally used in a marinade, wine adds nice flavour to meats. It acts as a tenderizer too of course, the acidic component in wine replacing or adding to vinegar or lime juice. Experimenting is always good, and this was real fun. I decided to do mini tacos as finger food. There's something about small portions that is very charming!

The Bhune Murgh ki Biryani is a one pot comfort meal, rich, flavourful and homely. The flavours tease the palette and the chicken is beautifully spiced. It turned out to be deliciously good, and quite a keeper from the biryani cookbook. Be light on the spices if you are cooking for the first time, or like mild food.

With a filling of chicken marinated with @bigbanyanwines, carrots, kohlrabi and cheese of course, these Cheesy Chicken Pot Pies turned out wickedly good! Did I tell you that the rough puff pastry is wholegrain? Yes it is and worked very well!
