Trifles are fun, they are quick, they are a visual delight too. You can either bake to make a trifle from scratch OR use leftover cake trimmings, cream, frosting, ganache etc to make a quick delicious trifle. They are very forgiving and much too delicious!

We loved these Chocolate Cake & Coffee Patisserie Cream Trifles too. LOVED! Deep coffee flavours, great pairing with chocolate, nice play of textures. The cake cubes soaked in a coffee syrup. A swirl of whipped cream might have completed them.

Joyeux Noel!! A Strawberry & Vanilla Macaron trifle which was the perfect way to end our Christmas Eve dinner. The colours, the flavours, the textures...all in perfect harmony. The cranberry jelly and suspended strawberries beautifully balancing the macaron and the lightly sweetened vanilla cream. Light yet ever-so-satisfying dessert!
