The market is quite flooded with strawberries, & I just can’t seem to get enough of this passionate berry. “Me want cookie!”Cookie Monster Chocolate-chip Pistachio Cookies This was the day after making the chocolate pistachio fudge. I was plenty inspired with the great combination of chocolate & pistachios & decided to explore it some more. Time to substitute the walnuts in my chocolate chip cookies with pistachios! Oooooooooooh…for a nut which is not quite popular or as visible as pecans or walnuts, I’m amazed at the potential it has! This cookie tasted great; very nice indeed.
