Biscoff Banoffee Box … dessert to fall in love with!
love at first bite. It’s such fun when a handful of ingredients come together so deliciously. We love a good banoffee at home, and this Biscoff twist to the banoffee was everything good.

Blueberry Cheesecake Tart … a delicious dessert that has a few of my favourite things – berries, cheesecake, tart! Tarts are easily the most underrated desserts, also quite easily the easiest desserts to make.
A few days ago I made the best batch of eggless lady finger biscuits I’ve ever made. It’s certainly not easy to get these fiddly little fingers looking nice and holding shape if you go egg free. These are egg free and turned out FAB!
Lotus Biscoff Dessert Box … Refreshing, delicious and addictive, a quick, simple eggless dessert where each layer calls your name! For those who know of Lotus Biscoff, it’s not hard to imagine how good this must taste. Layers of pure joy! For those who haven’t tried Biscoff as yet, please do so soon. Honestly, it’s really worth all the fuss!
Nama Chocolate Tart … the name says it all! An addictive good tart with a filling of the much loved Nama chocolate, a remarkably simple and luxurious Japanese chocolate that is quite easily made at home. Each bite is indulgent, a celebration in a tart if you like, a gentle tease on the palette that is so sublime that it’s addictive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
This version of wholegrain, eggless Anzac Cookies is nom nom nom good! I can have nibble them all day long. They are nice, chewy if you like them them that way, and crisp if you bake them longer! I love the flavours trapped within – brown sugar and butter create some delightful butterscotch like magic, while walnuts and oats lend it great texture!
