There is an eternal charm in handwritten recipes of times gone by, this recipe book is from the 1960's. Neat, and well explained, the recipes all written In Ukranain talk to you, explaining each step. The measures are often in glasses from the Old Soviet Union, standardised at 200ml, a measure my sweet friend continues to use as her mother once did.
