TRAVEL
There was a time I loved traveling, both around the world and across India. I've travelled in the 'golden years' ... nostalgic words a Virgin cabin crew on a flight to London recently said when she heard that I first visited the UK in 1989, and almost a 100 times after. While going around the globe has been most beautiful, travelling the length & breadth of India is by far my favourite, absolutely fascinating. While a number of my travels have gone undocumented on the blog, there are still quite a few here. I am forever grateful for the experience.

Terry’s Inspired Chocolate Orange Eggless Cake … a celebration of flavours
Terry's Inspired Eggless Cake with orange, chocolate, strawberries & cream ... a celebration of flavours to begin the year and possibly one of my most delicious eggless layer cakes to date. Winter is a charm for baking a layer cake since everything sets well, holds up beautifully and behaves as expected. This orange cake was nothing short of amazing, every layer in perfect harmony.

Petite Eggless Triple Chocolate Orange Cakes ... and a virtual walk through Old Delhi. These little cakes are as delightful and flavourful as can be. Deep, moist, chocolaty and quite pretty, they also brought alive memories of Old Delhi.

If there is travel, there HAS to be food. Sabah Malaysia that won our heart!
This turned out to be one of the most fun trips ever. One that left the whole lot of us with lifetime memories, so much laughter that we split our sides, new experiences, new friends too. Also, I won an #Earthys2019 in Sabah Malaysia for the best food photograph. Malaysia, Truly Asia, you overwhelmed us!

Have you heard of St Gallen? It's a city in northeastern Switzerland, tucked away south of Lake Constance. It's quite off the beaten path; one visit to the city and you are absolutely charmed!
